GOMBLE is a Web3 casual gaming ecosystem built by the blockchain division of 111%, a South Korean mobile game studio known for hyper-casual hits. GM is its token on BNB Chain, used to reward players, fund in-game missions and support the studios that plug into the ecosystem. It matters as one of the more direct attempts to bring an established Web2 mobile publisher, with a large existing player base, into on-chain gaming.
GOMBLE describes itself as a platform for "onboarding 2 billion mobile gamers into Web3", combining hyper-casual games, a cross-game social hub and tools for outside developers. Its official website lists more than two dozen titles, many of them published on the App Store and Google Play (for example Merge Lion, Nano Runner, Copy Runner and Pool Shoot 2048), alongside Telegram mini games such as EggDrop.
The core idea in the project's Vision Paper is "Proof of SQUAD" (PoSQ): recording what small groups of friends achieve together across games, and rewarding that social play rather than only individual scores or spending.
According to the Vision Paper, GOMBLE launched as the blockchain division of 111%, which the paper says ranked first in South Korea and fifth globally in mobile game downloads in 2023, and which grew from a team of five to more than 300 people. The Vision Paper states that GOMBLE-developed games direct all revenue to the DAO, which allocates 10% each to the Marketing DAO and to operators and uses 30% for regular buyback and burns.
Documented allocation: Ecosystem Contributions and Rewards 42% (120-month vesting), Airdrop and Marketing 20% (24-month vesting), Investors and Advisors 18% (6-month cliff, 30-month vesting), Team 10% (11-month cliff, 37-month vesting) and Liquidity and Reserves 10%. The paper says unused tokens from a 10% "Exchange Lock" would be burned if not used by April 2026. The documents reviewed do not state a total supply; an on-chain read of the BNB Chain contract in September 2026 returned a total supply of 1 billion GM, which should be read as an inference from contract data.
Most GameFi projects build one flagship game and a token around it. GOMBLE starts from the opposite end: a studio that already ships many small casual games quickly, with the paper claiming it tests new concepts within 5 to 10 days and launches one to two games a month. Its differentiator is the focus on squads, small friend groups, as the unit that gets measured and rewarded.
