Resolution criteria
- This market resolves YES if Sarah Friar remains the chief financial officer of OpenAI on January 1, 2027.
- Resolution will be determined by official OpenAI announcements, SEC filings, or major news sources confirming her employment status on that date.
- If Friar departs before January 1, 2027 and is replaced, the market resolves NO.
- If she takes a leave of absence but retains the CFO title, the market resolves YES.
- Sarah Friar has been the chief financial officer of OpenAI since June 2024.
