Yulia Navalnaya has told the BBC that she intends to run for President of the Russian Federation.
- Navalnaya currently resides outside Russia, saying that her return is impossible until Vladimir Putin is no longer in-charge.
- Navalnaya's husband, Alexei Navalny, was a major Russian opposition leader who died in Russian prison in 2024.
- This question resolves YES if credible sources report that Yulia Navalnaya is officially running for President of Russia and is able to receive votes as a normal candidate on election day.
- For example, if Navalnaya registers to run, but is disbarred a week before election day, this resolves NO on election day, even if she is reported by an official electoral commission as receiving write-ins.
