Regras
The Brazilian Supreme Federal Court (STF) consists of 11 justices who are appointed by the President of Brazil and confirmed by the Senate.
- Unlike some other countries, Brazil has a mandatory retirement age of 75 for Supreme Court justices.
- Justices typically serve until reaching this age limit, though they may leave earlier due to resignation, health issues, or other personal reasons.
- Resolution Criteria
- This market will resolve to the name of any STF judge who leaves the court before reaching 74 years of age.
- Leaving the court includes resignation, removal, impeachment, death, or any other circumstance that results in the judge no longer serving on the STF.
