Will there exist a population of individuals with BCI and Ai capabilities that act as a hivemind before 2050?
- Resolution criteria
- This market resolves to YES if, by December 31, 2049, at 11:59 PM UTC, there is credible, public verification of a group of 4 or more humans who use brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) and artificial intelligence (AI) to function as a "hivemind" or collective intelligence network.
- To resolve YES, the following conditions must be met:
- BCI & AI Integration: Group members must utilize functional, active brain-computer interfaces (invasive or non-invasive) that are integrated with AI systems.
- Direct Cognitive Synchrony: The system must allow direct brain-to-brain or brain-to-AI-to-brain communication, facilitating the pooling of thoughts, sensory data, motor outputs, or decisions without relying on traditional manual or verbal communication (e.g., speaking, typing, or standard screens).
