Resolution Criteria
- This market resolves YES if Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) sells any amount of Bitcoin from its treasury holdings on or before December 31, 2026.
- Resolution will be determined by official SEC filings (8-K forms) or company announcements disclosing Bitcoin sales.
- The market resolves NO if no Bitcoin sales occur by the deadline.
- If the company is acquired or ceases operations before the deadline, the market resolves N/A. Strategy is the world's largest publicly traded holder of bitcoin, with Executive Chairman Michael Saylor leading the company's bitcoin accumulation strategy.
