Resolution criteria
- This market resolves to YES if, on or before 11:59 PM ET on February 27, 2027, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) officially grants a petition for a writ of certiorari, grants certiorari before judgment, or otherwise agrees to review or hear oral arguments in the litigation commonly known as the "Texas DACA case" (Texas v.
- United States, originally filed under Southern District of Texas Docket No. 1:18-cv-00068, or its subsequent appellate proceedings, such as Fifth Circuit Case No. 23-40653).
- Otherwise, this market resolves to NO.
- The primary source of truth for this market is the official U.S. Supreme Court Docket.
