Targets are taken from the official UK Gov department of Energy Security and Net Zero, with this document containing the Hydrogen Strategy targets: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/uk-hydrogen-strategy/uk-hydrogen-strategy-accessible-html-version#chapter-2-scaling-up-the-hydrogen-economy
- All answers resolved either through A) Government page or article confirming targets achieved B) reputable news sources such as Hydrogen Council (https://hydrogencouncil.com/en/hydrogen-insights-2023-december-update/) or C) Open Data Portals from DNOs reporting regional information.
- Resolution to NO for "By 20XX" occurs if no article or public trustworthy source is confirmed by the end of that year.
- Additional answers welcome.
