- Massachusetts Bill H.54, titled "An Act to build resilient infrastructure to generate higher-ed transformation," and also known as the BRIGHT Act, would provide $2.5 billion in funding for capital improvements for public institutions over the next decade.
- This market will resolve to "Yes" if Massachusetts Bill H.54 is enacted into law during the 194th General Court.
- The bill, or a bill with the same purpose but different numbering, must pass both the Massachusetts House of Representatives and the Senate and be signed by the Governor or otherwise become law.
- If the bill does not become law by the end of the 194th General Court, the market will resolve to "No."
