Who Founded The9bit? (History)

The9bit's documentation does not identify individual founders or executives by name. It refers to a 9BIT Foundation and to core team and advisor allocations but names no person, a real gap.

The corporate backing is documented. The9 Limited, a Nasdaq-listed gaming company trading as NCTY, is named a strategic industry contributor supplying licensed game IP, publishing expertise and AI generation technology. It published a release on September 11, 2025 stating it would be allocated 19 percent of supply, and later releases reported over 8 million registered users. Tess Ventures, Elune Capital and Fine Vision Fund are listed as minority contributors.
