- If Big Brother season 28 concludes without a third-place finisher, or if Big Brother season 28 has otherwise not concluded by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET this market will resolve to "Other".
- The named individuals will be primarily ranked by order of elimination.
- If two or more individuals are eliminated exactly simultaneously, ties will be broken by alphabetical order of the individuals' listed first names.
- This market will resolve to the individual that occupies the third-highest finishing position after applying this ranking.
- This market will remain open until the conclusion of the season.
