NVDAON is a tokenized equity product, not a blockchain project. That entity is legally separate from Ondo Finance Inc., a Delaware company that provides tokenization and technology services to the issuer, and from the wider Ondo group.

Ondo Global Markets launched its tokenized equities platform in 2025, initially on Ethereum and then across additional chains, offering tokenized versions of a broad list of US listed stocks and exchange traded funds. NVDAON is one of the flagship products in that lineup.
