This market shall resolve to Yes in the event that Stephen A. Smith, by the End Date listed below, unambiguously declares publicly that he is or will be a candidate in the 2028 United States Presidential Election.
- A statement or filing that he is considering or exploring a run for President shall be insufficient to cause this market to resolve to Yes.
PredictIt’s decisions and determinations under this rule shall be at PredictIt’s sole discretion and shall be final.
