Resolution criteria
- This market resolves to YES if the anonymous author behind the Substack publication "Worst Boyfriend Ever" is convicted of a felony in any state or federal court in the United States (or an equivalent serious crime in an international jurisdiction) on or before December 31, 2029.
- Otherwise, this market resolves to NO.
- For the market to resolve to YES, the following conditions must be met:
- Conviction: The author must be convicted (either via a guilty plea, a no-contest plea, or a guilty verdict at trial) of a felony offense.
- Arrests, indictments, or charges that have not resulted in a conviction by the cutoff date of December 31, 2029, do not qualify.
