The state of Texas has long argued it can split into up to 5 states because of a provision from when it joined the US: https://www.smithsonianmag.com/history/more-150-years-texas-has-had-power-secede-itself-180962354/
- Market resolves YES if the Texas government passes a resolution urging the breakup and takes serious steps to initiate the split up.
- Market resolves NO if Texas makes no resolution, or makes a resolution but doesn't attemp to ratify it with the Federal Government.
