This market will resolve to “Yes” if, by December 31, 2021, 11:59:59 PM ET, Molnupiravir (also known under MK-4482, EIDD-2801 or Lagervio), or any product containing it receives an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) or full approval from the FDA for treating COVID-19.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”
If the resolution source isn’t updated by the resolution date, credible news reports may be used instead.
Molnupilavir, sold under the brand name Lagevrio among others, is an antiviral medication that inhibits the replication of certain RNA viruses, is used to treat COVID-19 in those infected by SARS-CoV-2 and is already approved by official health agencies in various countries (ie.
UK, Bangladesh).
