This is a market about whether Texas or Virginia will have a higher 7-day COVID-19 case average for the day of January 1, 2022.
- This market will resolve to “Texas” if the 7-day COVID-19 case average for Texas for January 1 is higher than in Virginia.
- This market will resolve to “Virginia” if the 7-day COVID-19 case average for January 1 is higher in Virginia than in Texas.
- If the 7-day COVID-19 case averages are equal, the market will resolve to 50/50.
- The resolution source for this market will be https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#trends_dailytrendscases, the CDC's official count of Coronavirus cases.
- The data resolution source will be checked on January 8, 2022 at 8 PM ET in order to resolve this market.
