The market will resolve to "Yes" if Credit Suisse experiences any of the following between March 14 and March 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET:
- -Credit Suisse files for bankruptcy protection or is being declared insolvent by a court. -Credit Suisse is closed or its operations are taken over by the Swiss government. -Credit Suisse is acquired by, merged with, or its assets & liabilities are absorbed by another entity. -The Swiss government intervenes to provide financial assistance, either in the form of equity or loans, to prevent the Credit Suisse's collapse.
- Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
- The primary resolution sources for this market will be announcements by Credit Suisse Group AG, the Swiss National Bank (SNB), and/or the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
