This market will resolve to "Yes" if a deal is successfully brokered with Hamas for the release of hostages by 11:59 PM ET on November 1, 2023.

The hostages may be from any country and the deal can be brokered by any entity.
A "successful deal" is defined as an agreement that results in the release of one or more hostages currently held by Hamas.
The deal must be verifiable through credible reporting or the respective governments of the hostages.
If no such deal is brokered by the resolution date, the market will resolve to "No".
If a deal is brokered before the expiry date, the market should resolve immediately.
