Resolution criteria
- This market will resolve to YES if either the San Diego Padres or the Chicago Cubs win the first two games of their best-of-three 2026 National League Wild Card Series, sweeping the series 2–0.
- This market will resolve to NO if the series reaches a Game 3 (the series score is tied 1–1 after two games), or if the series is postponed, canceled, or otherwise fails to result in a 2–0 sweep for either team.
- The series is scheduled to play Game 1 on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, and Game 2 on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at Petco Park in San Diego.
- Source of Truth: Official series results and box scores will be verified via the MLB Postseason Bracket or Baseball-Reference.
- The No. 4 seed San Diego Padres are hosting the No. 5 seed Chicago Cubs in a best-of-three Wild Card matchup.
