- The underlying is the reported franchise enterprise value (implied 100% value) of the Las Vegas NBA expansion franchise. A definitive purchase agreement and all required regulatory and league approvals must satisfy the filed Consummation requirements by expiration. Merely selecting a preferred bidder is insufficient. Where a transaction bundles the franchise with an arena, real estate, or other assets, only the value separately attributable to the franchise counts.
