Kurallar
This market resolves according to the outcome of the complaint against Coinbase that Molly White (web3isgoinggreat) filed with the FEC: https://www.citationneeded.news/coinbase-campaign-finance-violation/
- This question resolves based on action taken against Coinbase specifically, not against the PACs also named in the complaint.
- For example if the investigation concludes with no action against Coinbase and a settlement with Fairshake PAC, this question resolves as "FEC takes no action".
- I believe that a settlement would typically involve Coinbase voluntarily agreeing to pay a fine, possibly with no admission of wrongdoing.
- This is different from FEC "imposing" a fine.
- If the case gets litigated in court, this question resolves on the ultimate outcome.
