The product is not a chain and not a decentralized network: it is a hosted set of language models and APIs tuned for web3 work, sold the way any developer platform is sold, with API keys and pricing tiers. What the token adds is a staking layer granting discounted or expanded API access, a governance voice, and a share of the platform's revenue.

That places RAI in a narrow category. It is a revenue-share utility token for an off-chain software business, not a protocol asset that secures anything. Understanding Reploy means understanding the business behind it, because the token's value proposition depends entirely on whether the API sells.

Who Founded Reploy? (History)

This is where honest reporting matters. Reploy publishes a corporate identity, Reploy AI LLC, registered in the state of Florida under filing number L25000022487, with a support contact at the company domain. That much is concrete and checkable.

The people are not. The official team page lists a chief executive as "Albino Rhino", a chief marketing officer as "Ish Fishes", and an engineer as "bev", described as a former AI researcher with more than sixteen years of experience. No legal names, verifiable professional histories, or linked profiles are published, and there is no public source code repository for the platform or the token contracts.

There is also no whitepaper. The documentation site serves as the reference material, and it contains no founding narrative, launch date, or funding history. Any account of Reploy's origins beyond the Florida registration should be treated as undocumented rather than confirmed.

How Reploy Works

1. Hosted models and endpoints Reploy runs its own models, publicly described as a 14B instruct model and a lightweight 0.5B model branded Agentica, and exposes them through a REST API. The documented surface covers chat-style message completions, blockchain queries, image generation and serving, vision classification, and agent request variants, with client guides for JavaScript and Python.

2. Paid access, with a token discount path Developers obtain an API key and pay for usage. Staking RAI is documented as the route to premium features and higher rate limits, so the token functions partly as a prepaid access credential.

3. Weekly distribution to stakers The documentation describes 70 percent of the pool being distributed proportionally to qualified stakers every Friday at 00:00 UTC, with the remaining 30 percent rolling into the following week. Payouts are in USDT. Qualifying requires a minimum stake of 2,000 RAI, a 21-day lock, maintenance of that balance, and a wallet verification step.

RAI Token Utility

Separately, a staking program pays rewards denominated in RAI itself. The documentation lists a 30-day lock at 12 percent and a 90-day lock at 14 percent, with a seven-day cooldown between claims, automatic compounding of unclaimed rewards, and no early withdrawal. These are advertised program parameters set by the operator, not protocol constants, so they can change.

An on-chain read of the token contract confirms the name Reploy, the symbol RAI, 18 decimals, and a total supply of exactly 10,000,000 tokens. The supply is fixed and fully minted, so there is no ongoing emission. The published distribution accounts for 48 percent as initial public circulation, including 32 percent through a public sale, and 14 percent to a vested project treasury. How Reploy Differs from Similar Projects

Most AI tokens in this size range are either infrastructure networks, where the token pays independent operators for compute or inference, or agent frameworks whose token coordinates an open ecosystem of builders.

Reploy is neither. There is no operator set, no permissionless supply side, and no on-chain settlement of the core service. Inference runs on the company's own infrastructure, the API is billed conventionally, and the token sits alongside as an access and distribution mechanism.
