This market shall resolve to Yes in the event that both JD Vance and Marco Rubio, by the End Date listed below, unambiguously declare publicly that they are or will be candidates in the 2028 United States Presidential Election.
- A statement or filing that either potential candidate is considering or exploring a run for President shall be not equate to an unambiguous declaration of candidacy for purposes of this market.
PredictIt’s decisions and determinations under this rule shall be at PredictIt’s sole discretion and shall be final.
