This resolves YES if on 2030-12-31, for at least 50% of stocks traded on NYSE, there is an ERC-20 token on the L1 Ethereum mainnet which tracks the price of that stock.
- It is ok if there is some kind of blacklist which prevents some accounts from trading the token, but it should be possible for a new Ethereum account to receive and send the token.
