This market shall resolve to "Yes" if the Winner of the 2021 FIDE Chess.com Grand Swiss Tournament that will take place in Raga, Latvia from October 25th 2021 to November 7th 2021 is registered with FIDE as being from the United States or Russia.
- If the winner is registered to any other country, this market will resolve "No".
- If the event is canceled, the market will resolve 50-50.
