Resolves YES if official reports indicate that the praseodymium supply from the Yunnan deposit increases China's total praseodymium supply by more than 1.2% by the end of 2026.
- The resolution will be based on data from the China Geological Survey or other authoritative Chinese government publications.
- The discovery of the Yunnan deposit, with over 470,000 tons of praseodymium, could significantly impact supply dynamics, enhancing China's strategic position in the global market.
- This threshold matters as it represents a meaningful shift in supply that could influence global praseodymium markets.
- Only officially reported supply increases from this specific deposit will count towards the threshold.
