Resolution criteria

This market resolves to YES if, on or before December 31, 2027, the WNBA or the WNBA/WNBPA joint committee officially updates its Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), official rules, or publishes a formal league policy that explicitly defines "woman" or establishes specific eligibility criteria for the female category.
To qualify as a "definition" for the purpose of this market, the updated policy must explicitly outline the requirements for player eligibility regarding biological sex, sex assigned at birth, gender identity, or medical transition.
This includes establishing:
Requirements based on sex assigned at birth, chromosomal/genetic testing, or anatomical criteria.
Requirements based on hormone levels (e.g., maximum testosterone thresholds).
