Resolves positively according to my subjective judgment if an active secondary market of tokenised LP interests develops by 12/31/2030.

As a rule of thumb, a "yes" resolution requires the frequent transfer of tokenised LP interests by institutional LPs such as major pensions, endowments, or family offices.
